1. Top New Zealand cricketers, Ross Taylor and Kyle Mills, will be auctioned in the next week’s IPL auction along with Under-19 cricketers. Daniel Vettori, Jacob Oram, Brendon McCullum, Stephen Fleming and Scott Styris were already auctioned in the first leg.
 
 
Most of the New Zealand cricketers like Chris Cairns, Chris Harris, Hamish Marshall, Nathan Astle, Daryl Tuffey, Craig McMillan, Andre Adams, Shane Bond, Adam Parore and Lou Vincent are playing in the rival tournament, Indian Cricket League.
 
 
2. Second leg of IPL auction will be held on March 11. Franchises will compete heavily to pick up Under-19 Cricket World Cup winning Indian youth players.

 

3. Former Indian coach, Greg Chappell was roped in by Jaipur franchise to spot and nurture talent. Jaipur IPL team is the weakest team in the Indian Premier League.

 

4. Nottinghamshire County gave clearance to Australian, David Hussey, to play in Indian Premier League. He will play for Kolkata franchise in the IPL 20-20 tournament.

 

5. Australia’ tour of Pakistan is under problems due to player’s preference for IPL. Indian Premier League will definitely influence International cricket.

 

6. BCCI will use revenues from IPL Cricket tournament to organise 2011 Cricket World Cup.

 

7. Hero Honda Motors extended contract with IPL tournament from 3 years to 5 years.

 

8. High voltage publicity for Indian Premier League will start within a week.

 

9. Media gave cold hand to IPL rival, Indian Cricket League (ICL) which will start by tomarrow.

 

10. Bad news for Dhoni and Yuvraj. Deepika Padukone is dating Ranbir Kapoor. Ranbir publicly announced about their romance.
